Stepanavan is a picturesque towns in the region of Lori. The unpolluted air, forests and river Dzoraget but unfortunately apart of it n it 'There's nothing of attracting for of youth.
The local CLEF Stepanavan is unique in our city its comforts. For Stepanavan was very key for the earthquake in 1988 much people still live in conditions difficult. And the youth club francophone having all the comforts, new furniture heating, rich libraries in French, German and children of new computers, the TV and satellite allows to watch several chain attracts young people, for them is a place where young people gather, spend their days, or they can propose their projects and realize them. I want present thanks infinitely Jaques Matossian and his team this great work of renovation they did.
Certainly today the only thing we lack most is that the Internet is important for in contact, in order share our acquired and our difficulties with other clubs.
Within CLEF, the courses free French, German and computer are organized twice a week during which any member can take part in CLEF who want to improve their knowledge.
The project "The Joy of Reading" is the main project and most loved club. More than 12 leaders attending 2 Kindergarten City and organizes lectures on site.
I want proudly announce that for the first time we launches project sponsorship to Stepanavan. It is a very needy family or there 4 children. Being sponsors by SPFA gives them hope for the future.
me personally and the members of our club want say "great thank you" to our dear Henry Gaston visit us already 12-th time and giving a new breath youth club. For stays of H. Gaston we invited the Priest to bless the club and the local television to a small film on the KEY Stepanavan. Volunteers present the tale Hovhannes Tumanyan "The drop of honey that we also present part in the days of the Francophonie Yerevan.
We all possible to recruit new members and become many.
